Software release system. Developed requirements, managed field mapping, business logic, and user flows for Mentor’s extremely disjointed internal English/Japanese software release system. The resulting system greatly streamlined the release process and reduced error rates.
Mentor on-demand training application and content plan. Conducted extensive user research into state-of-the-art on-demand training systems and business models, then developed and presented a plan to senior management to overhaul Mentor’s on-demand training services. Once approved:
